Draft intent: the marketing site, the public demo, and the walkthrough-booking flow. The authenticated product (app.mybuki.ai) will carry its own data-processing terms for customers.

2. What we collect on this site

Draft intent: contact details you submit (name, work email, company), and privacy-respecting site analytics via Vercel Analytics (aggregate, cookieless). No advertising trackers.

3. The public demo

Draft intent: the demo contains only fictional, generated data for a fictional company. Nothing you view in the demo involves real customer records.

4. How we use what you share

Draft intent: to respond to walkthrough and contact requests, and nothing else. No sale of personal data; no third-party marketing.

5. Retention & your rights

Draft intent: define retention windows for inquiries, and the request-deletion path (email). Jurisdictional rights language (GDPR/CCPA as applicable) to be drafted by counsel.
