The Organizational Intelligence Platform

Walk into your next board meeting with one number everyone trusts.

One answer, reconciled from accounting, CRM, and workforce. Every figure traced to its record.

For founders and finance leads at US B2B companies, 30 to 150 people.

Decision evaluatedMinutes, across every function

Will we hit our revenue target?

Recommendation

High confidence

Not at this pace.

Left alone: the quarter lands 12% short, and you find out at month-end.

Why

  • Pipeline covers 1.2x of the target; the plan assumed 1.5x.
  • Two enterprise renewals have gone quiet for 18 days.
  • Q3 starts two sellers short of plan.

Next action

Executive touch on both renewals; open the two seller reqs today.

Approved, it becomes an owned action, tracked to outcome.

The Problem: Growing Pains

The moment it matters, every number has to hold up.

You earned this problem by growing. Finance has one number. Sales has another. The board deck has a third. The week disappears into reconciling them, and the answer still cannot be traced.

  1. Day 1

    “Will the numbers survive diligence?”

A term sheet arrived Friday night

  2. Day 2

    FinanceBooked revenue is tracking plan.

    Based on a three-week-old close

  3. Day 3

    SalesPipeline's building. Hard to say.

    No number attached

  4. Day 5

HRStill working the two sales roles.

    Buried in a thread

  5. Never surfaced

Two enterprise renewals went quiet three weeks ago. The risk sat across three systems, and no single answer held it.

  6. Day 6

    Sent anyway · Low confidence

Time ran out. The number went to the data room from the deck, not the ledger.

The Fix: An Intelligence Layer

An on-demand finance team, wired into your systems.

Auditable numbers on demand. Then the follow-through: action taken, outcome measured, on the record.

The Product

Monitor. Surface. Decide. Execute.

The answer is the halfway point. The other half: an owned action and a measured result.

Morning Brief

What changed, why, what needs attention. Before anyone asks.

Ask & Analyze

Ask in plain language. Every number traced to its record.

Decision Briefs

Alternatives modeled, assumptions exposed, impact stated.

Action Center

One execution layer. Graded autonomy, draft-only to auto-execute. Human-gated where it matters.

Write to the Source of Record

Approved actions write back to your systems. Computed, gated, never generated. In every subscription.

Measured Outcomes

Every action tracked to its result and re-measured against intent. The company learns what worked.

The Signature Response

Every recommendation, the same anatomy.

Never a bare number. Eight parts, from the call to the measured outcome.

  1. 1

    Recommendation

The call, stated first and plainly.

  2. 2

    Evidence

Which record, which system, synced when.

  3. 3

    Assumptions

What the call depends on, explicit and adjustable.

  4. 4

    Alternatives

What it does to runway, revenue, and risk.

  2. 6

    Simulation

The evaluation, re-run live as you test each input.

  3. 7

    Next Steps

The follow-through, drafted and ready to approve.

  4. 8

    Measured Outcome

The result, re-measured. The company learns what worked.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Does Buki replace QuickBooks, Salesforce, or the tools we already run?

Only if you want it to. Buki reads across your existing stack as the intelligence layer on top; your tools stay the systems of record. Where a system is missing, the matching Buki module can step in as the system of record instead. You decide, one system at a time.

Is Buki just a chatbot?

No. Chat is one way in, and often you will not need it, because Buki surfaces the decision before you ask. Underneath is a continuous evidence graph: connections into every system, records resolved across them, metrics computed from the source, and recommendations adapted to your seat. A chatbot produces language. Buki computes the numbers from your records and produces decisions you can inspect.

Where does AI actually fit?

Buki uses language models to interpret questions and draft language: emails, explanations, summaries. The numbers never come from the model. They're computed from your connected records, and every one traces back to its source. The model explains; the graph calculates.

Does Buki act on its own?

No. Buki gathers the context, models the options, and drafts the next step, but anything that moves money or people waits for a person to approve it. Approval is a built-in step, not a switch you can turn off.

How does Buki connect to the tools we already use?

Through secure, permissioned connections to your accounting, CRM, payroll, and HR systems. Reads come first; any write action is scoped and approval-gated. It's a connection, not a migration. Nothing has to move.

How is our data handled?

Your data stays yours. It's encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to named engineers and logged, and it's never used to train shared models. The full picture lives on our Security page.

How is Buki different from dashboards and copilots?

Dashboards describe the past and answer questions someone already knew to ask. Copilots inside a single system stop at that system's border, and the decisions that matter cross three or four. Search tools index your documents but keep no reconciled picture of the business. Buki maintains that picture and runs the whole loop on it: morning brief, grounded answers, evaluated decisions, owned actions, measured outcomes.

How is Buki priced?

Buki starts at $299 per month with any two modules. Each additional module is $100 per month, up to all six modules at $699 per month. The subscription is per company, not per seat, and every subscription includes the Action Center, workflows, approvals, and the audit trail. Implementation and optional White-Glove support are priced separately.

We're raising next year. Where does Buki fit?

Diligence re-audits every number you have ever shipped. Buki keeps the trail as you go: every figure traced, every call on the record. You open the data room; you do not build it.

How do we get started?

Book a walkthrough through the contact page. It's run by a founder, on your questions, not a script. If it's a fit, we'll connect your first system and you'll be evaluating real decisions within the week.
