Organize your intelligence.

One reconciled model of your books, pipeline and payroll. Buki makes the call and follows it through.

Reads across QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, Salesforce, HubSpot, Rippling, and Gusto.

“Will we hit our revenue target this quarter?”

Not at this pace.

Three slipped deals still count at full value, and two renewals worth $88K have gone quiet for 18 days.

Save both renewals and pull two late-stage deals into September. That clears the target with $15K to spare.

Reconcile your numbers.

Finance has one number. Sales has another. Your accountant has a third. Buki ties them into one, traced to the record, before anyone has to ask.

Before quarter close

  1. Every day

    Matches each bank line to the ledger and flags anything that does not tie, with the person who owns it.

  2. Two weeks out

    Lists open items by owner: uncategorized spend, unbilled hours, missing receipts.

  3. Close day

    Hands you statements with every line traced to the transaction it came from.

One reconciled model. Every answer linked to evidence.

Ask anything. Buki checks your books, pipeline and payroll against each other, simulates the paths, and shows the assumption behind every number.

Change an assumption and the recommendation moves with it.

“Should we delay the Europe launch? The team is ready, but I don’t want to burn the runway the Q3 pipeline is supposed to rebuild.”

Europe launch, 3 paths

  • Launch Europe now

    11.4 months of runway

    0.7x

    return

  • Delay one quarter

    13.6 months, recommended

    1.9x

    return

  • Staged pilot in Q4

    12.8 months of runway

    1.4x

    return

Delay one quarter.

Runway stays above 13 months and the return nearly triples. Launching now spends the cushion before the Q3 pipeline has landed.

Monitor. Surface. Decide. Execute.

Dashboards show what happened. Copilots stop at one system’s border. Buki makes the call on the whole company and follows it through. Here is everything it does, on one renewal.

Monitor.

Every morning, Buki reads the books, the pipeline and payroll, and tells you what changed.

Built around how your company runs.

Every business has its own way of getting things done: who signs off, what needs a second look, which customer always gets a call first. Buki is set up with your procedures, quirks included, so the follow-through runs the way your team already works.

Your payables rules

Learned from how your team works. Edited by you.

  1. 1Every bill matches a purchase order and a delivery slip.
  2. 2Bills over $10,000 need the owner’s approval.
  3. 3Freight vendors are paid on the 15th, never earlier.
  4. 4Hold Acme payments until their credit memo posts.

Nothing that moves money or people runs without the person who owns it.

Questions, answered.

Does Buki replace QuickBooks, Salesforce, or the tools we already run?

Only if you want it to. Buki reads across the systems you already use; your tools stay the systems of record. Where a system is missing, the matching Buki module can step in as the system of record instead.

Is Buki a chatbot?

No. It answers in briefs. Each brief carries a recommendation, the figures behind it, the paths it simulated, the assumptions it made and the records it reconciled. You ask in plain words and get back something you can check.

Where does AI fit?

Wherever the work is judgment, never in the math. Buki's models read across your systems, match the same customer or vendor in each one, notice what changed, simulate the paths ahead and draft the follow-through inside your procedures. The figures are computed from your records, never generated, so every number traces back to the transaction it came from.

Does Buki act on its own?

Yes, where your procedures say it can. Routine steps, like matching a bill to its purchase order, run on their own. Anything that moves money or people waits for the person who owns it, and every step is on the record.

How is our data handled?

Your data stays yours. It's encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to named engineers and logged, and it's never used to train shared models. The full picture lives on our Security page.

See it answer a question about your own numbers.
